Online shopping is a pleasure and as we at MPInine want to be as fair as possible to our customers, if an item is not to your liking or is not the right size, you can return or exchange your purchase for another size or item within 14 days after receiving it.
Return and Exchange Terms:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to return or exchange the purchased item within 14 days of receiving it (Made-to-measure items cannot be returned or exchanged!). In such a case, you should fill out this form or notify us by e-mail: mpi9nine@gmail.com, as well as contact us by phone 0885919189 for more information.
The return is made only by a courier marked for the office of EKONT - Mladost 4, bl. 487, shop 6 or to the address: Sofia, St. Gen. Stefan Toshev 1-9 MPInine 0885919189.

In order for the shipment to be accepted, it must meet the following conditions:
1. The product must be in commercial condition - in the original packaging, with all labels, unworn, unaltered, clean and without odors.
2. All accompanying documents - goods receipt, cash order and/or cash receipt - must be included in the return shipment.
MPInine reserves the right not to accept returned products that do not meet the conditions described above.

Wrong size and product exchange:
If you wish to exchange your purchase for another size or item, you must follow the steps described above. Once we receive the item you wish to return, we will send you a new one tailored to your requirements. The cost of returning the item is at the customer's expense, except where the shipment is seriously physically damaged, the packaging and contents are damaged, the products were delivered or invoiced incorrectly, or the products have manufacturing defects. In these cases, MPInine will cover the shipping costs.

Refund:
The amount will be refunded within 14 days of receiving the returned item. If you wish to return the purchased item in full, please follow the steps described above. Once we have received the item you wish to return and have verified its integrity and accompanying documents included, you will be refunded as follows:
- If the purchased goods were paid for by cash on delivery, the amount will be refunded to you by bank transfer.
