1. Do I have to register to place an order?

You don't have to be registered.

2. Can I purchase a product over the phone?

Of course! You can place your order at
several ways - through our MPININE website, by calling the indicated
contact phones and through a private message on our Instagram page.

3. What is the payment method?

Payment for products is made in two installments
the way:
- cash on delivery to the courier upon receipt of the shipment
- with card

4. How do I receive confirmation of a successful order?

After finalizing the order, you will receive
an email summarizing your order. Also expect a phone call from
us to confirm the order placed.

5. Can I cancel my order?

Of course. If the order has not yet been delivered
can be canceled by contacting us at the contact number provided.

6. How will I receive the products and how much will their delivery cost?

MPININE deliveries are made by courier
company Speedy, and the costs for them are at the expense of the recipient, for the value of
the order over BGN 300. shipping is borne by the sender.

On the day of delivery, you will receive an SMS with
confirmation, which contains the number of the shipment, as well as the telephone number of
the courier in case you want to change the time or place of collection.

7. Can I order from abroad?

Yes of course. We also deliver shipments abroad,
and delivery costs are at the customer's expense.

8. I want to change something in my order. How can I do it?

If you want to change something in yours, please
contact us on the indicated phones.

9. How can I get information about which is the most suitable size for me?

Please pay attention to our Table with
dimensions. There is a detailed description of which size in which centimeters
answers. If, however, you are still hesitating about your size, don't be

10. Can I return (or exchange) ordered products?

Yes! Within 14 days from the date of receipt.
In order to be returned or exchanged, items must be in a commercial condition
not worn, not with tags removed and not treated
